✦ Getting personal
2024 — The Academic Chapter
Like many students, I had no clear idea what I truly wanted — only that I wanted to be successful, independent, and earn well. I was passionate, but practically so — shaped by others' expectations. I studied hard and performed great academically. Along the way, I found a small piece of myself: an interest in web development. I learned block coding, then HTML and CSS basics in 9th grade, but lost track when academics took over.
2025 — Class 11 & The Reset
I opted for PCM. Everyone said: cut off your social life, study hard, it'll all be worth it. I did — until September. In October, I chose to reconnect. I reached out to old friends, started socialising again. It felt light and happy. I met new people, had a great time, and found someone I could share everything with.
2026 — The Year That Shaped Me
January: lost my academic track. February: lost my grandfather unexpectedly. March: lost contact with someone important, and my friend group drifted as everyone changed career paths — including me. Each of these events, painful as they were, helped me discover who I really am. From April, I came back — to web development, to academics, to my friends — this time with balance.
